Marina is an ICF credentialed executive coach and advisor with a strong business background including diverse leadership roles for Big 4 and Fortune 500 companies. 

In her coaching engagements, she draws upon her deep understanding of the business and applies a variety of coaching approaches, such as EQ and neuro-science based coaching as well as stakeholder oriented coaching to support her clients in achieving a powerful and sustainable transformation.

Marina is a FORBES Coaches Council Member. She has been very fortunate to receive invaluable mentoring from some of the role models in the coaching industry, such as Dr. Daniel Goleman, pioneer in Emotional Intelligence, and Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, one of the best executive coaches in the world. She has been named one of the Top 50 NY Coaches by Dr. Marshal Goldsmith. She is a Faculty and a Meta Coach in Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence certification program. Her work has been published by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and she sits on the Panel of Judges for the ICF International Prism Award, with a mission to annually award the company with the highest coaching standards in the world. Marina teaches Emotional Intelligence and Leadership at St John's University in NYC.

Marina is certified in the following leadership assessments: Hogan, Energy Leadership as well as Emotional and Social Intelligence Assessment. She is a member of the Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching, International Coaching Federation as well as Columbia University Coaching Learning Association.

Marina specializes in board effectiveness and leverages her board experience to drive strategic projects and build better boards. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Governance Matters organization, with a mission to build high-performing boards and organizations in NY. Marina is also a Board Development Director for SixDegrees non-profit organization.

Marina is a founder of the TEDxBethuneStreetWomen in NYC.

 She speaks Serbian, English, German, Italian and Spanish. 


Marina has lived in Belgrade, Zurich and NYC, where she is based at the moment.
